Stayed Saturday night for a Happy Monday’s gig at the O2 Institute and this hotel is perfectly placed near to the venue and the nearby bars, shopping and other entertainment. A little overpriced but overall would recommend

Stayed from 10th-14th March to visit Crufts. Check in was fast & and extremely friendly by Linda the receptionist who welcomed us back. I’d asked for a particular room (320) & they were very obliging & gave us it. The room caters for our needs & we had a very enjoyable time. It was nice that the outside had changed somewhat & the bus stops had been moved to allow more room to pass without the need to struggle passed the queues of people waiting for the bus which was always really daunting. Thank you Adagio & we will see you next year, you where great as always

Great stay!

Never normally leave reviews but felt I had to. The service from all the staff was great, especially front desk and Sally who looked after us at breakfast. What a lovely woman. An absolute credit to you. I always say you can tell a lot about a city by its people and this is definitely the case. Us Glaswegians really appreciated the hospitality! Thank you. Breakfast was great - so many choices to pick from. Everything that should be hot was hot and Sally even offered to make my colleague veg sausages and fried eggs. Stayed for 2 nights whilst down for work and room was clean and comfortable. Loved that there was a fridge, as well as a microwave and hob if we needed it. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in Birmingham 😊

Friendly staff, spacious room.

Adagio is located right in the city center for better (short walk to restaurants and shops) and for worse (dirty area, doesn't feel so safe at night). We had the family room which was really spacious with a big comfy bed. It was clean but not necessarily cozy. The staff is super friendly, we felt very welcomed there. Also the girls at breakfast were absolutely lovely. The breakfast area has some toys for kids which is brilliant! The breakfast itself was good, though I personally was missing some fresh vegetables. A good experience altogether, 4/5.

A home from home

The accommodation and staff are superb. We stayed for 4 nights whilst my husband was in the hospital. The reception staff went out of their way to help with taxis and make our stay as comfortable as possible.
