Recently visited the spa as I am looking to become a member. I was greeted by three lovely ladies Coral, Steph and Milly who really know what great customer service is. From the moment I walked in it was a very inviting and friendly atmosphere, they did not fail to put a smile on my face. The facilities were well presented and perfect for winding down. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a local and friendly leisure club. Will definitely be back again!

We organise a yearly event at the hotel for 130+ people. This year the staff went above and beyond with the service and organising of our event. thank you to Kim P who is the F&B manager and made sure throughout the event that we were happy and that we had everything we needed. The food was delivered to all table quickly and efficiently. The food was 10/10 and everyone commented on how much they enjoyed it. Big Dom and Kira who ran the bar were professional and quick and nothing was too much trouble for the them so a special thank you to them. Lastly a huge thank you to Laura who booked and organised the event with the team, always professional and helpful every step of the way. We are already looking forward to our event next year.
