Novotel Coventry M6 J3 bintang 4

I had previously never stayed here BUT seen the hotel many times as I often passed by. AND I used to play squash nearby too, when I loved in Exhall as a student. So I booked here for 5 nights when I was visiting the Midland last week. WELL what a good decision!! I had loads of good evenings and sleeps and rest so NO complaints. Thanks all!!! Simon

I stayed in room 363 over the last couple of days on a business trip. On arrival the key card system was broke and had been for the last 4 days. It was not fixed for the duration of my stay so every time you left your room someone from the hotel had to escort you back to your room and let you in. My room was dirty, there was liquids splashed up the wall and the toilet, which was separate from the bathroom had a smell what could only be described as incinerated sewerage. I had to keep the door closed to the toilet at all times the stench was that bad. It was a race to use the shower as the water would not drain correctly so the first time I used it the bathroom flooded with overflow water from the shower tray. I had to clean the water up then stand for 15 mins with shampoo in my hair and wait for the water to drain to a level that would allow me to get back on and wash my hair. I had 2 single beds fixed together not with a king mateess on the base with 2 single mattresses on and a king sheet so the first night when I rolled over I almost went down the middle of the two beds. The whole vibe, style, look and feel gives the impression of an establishment that charges by the hour not a 4 star hotel from the brand that are usually quite clean and comfortable. When I asked a member of staff about the hotel I was told it was full so I would not be able to change rooms. In fact I would rather sleep in my car that stay another night in this hotel. I will never stay here again.

Brilliant, family friendly hotel. Stayed for the Lionesses match as ideally located walking distance to CBS arena. Pleasantly surprised by rooms & comfort. Lovely breakfast & attentive staff. Good little gym too that I had to myself. Small play area for children too with nice grassy spot. Felt thoughtful & cosy. Only issue was that the public toilets were not very clean. Brilliant to have later checkout than most hotels too, made for a more chilled morning. Would definitely return here, & look at other Novotels for stays in other cities.

Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip, but did not find the hotel the same stanandard as other Accor hotels I have stayed at over the years. A stench/smell on arrival on the Saturday of another guest I assume smoking weed in their room which was not very pleasant, I do hope the hotel charged them a cleaning fee. Parking on-site is £5 per night and always space when arriving back from a long day. Breakfast was, without a doubt, the poorest I have had in any hotel the coffee machine was even broken on the last day so no caffine fix unless you wanted a basic packet coffee, talking of basics the missing such as milk and fresh fruit is uneceptable, seems they have them but just not replenished, just very poor and not consistent. On a postive the bed was comfy but very noisey hotel from the motoroway and bad sound proffing from adjioning rooms. Would I stay again No but it might suit others.

Have stayed with Novotel many times in different countries and this stay did not disappoint. We stayed here as a large family group (11 adults and one child) who were in the area to attend a family funeral. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were super clean and modern with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. We all ate together in the restaurant and could not fault the service or the food which was very good indeed. In particular the staff were superb and could not do enough for us, both at the restaurant, bar and reception. The hospitality in particular of the manager Fadika was excellent; he was friendly, helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble. It didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel chain and we all felt very well looked after. Location is also great being close to the M6 and within easy reach of Coventry centre. Would highly recommend.
