The best thing about the hotel was Sarah on reception. She could not have been more helpful. She assisted us with all our questions; she booked us taxis and she made sure someone attended the bar which i am sure wasn't her job. She was friendly, efficient and clearly an asset to the hotel. the only reason i haven't given a 5 * review is because of a background noise like a boiler that woke me at 4.30pm and kept me awake

Dont listen to the bad reviews our room was spotless. We were celebrating our engagement here and Raza and Cher went above and beyond for us and even gave us a drink to congratulate us on arrival , the house keeping manager MiMi put some lovely celebration touchs in our room also which was a nice surprise! All staff friendly and helpful, at no point did we feel unsafe. Breakfast was a chilled vibe and we asked for poached eggs and they were perfect!

Friendly staff. Easy check in. My room was clean and comfortable. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The only negative was the carpet in the room was stained. I don’t think it deserves all the negative reviews.

Charged premium room, gave budget room. changed at 1:30am to another budget with empty mini fridge but no bathtub as promised. Phone not working in the rooms, good way to silence complaints. Breakfast was bad, dirty floors/carpets in restaurant. No Hygiene.

Very dirty plates dirty at breakfast bread frozen had to put through toaster several times staff not helpful lift broke down with people in it and no procedure to rescue them two other guests had to do it and they were stuck for 40 minutes so avoid this hotel at all cost worst I’ve stayed in
