Should be renamed out of city. A good 45 min walk into the centre which is a shame as nice hotel, great check in good breakfast. Room too hot A/C noisy. Public transport near but I personally prefer to be in the centre. Staff friendly but then again I found the city very friendly overall.

The reception guys were very polite and helpful. The room, the bathroom was perfectly clean, the bed was excellent as well. Unfortunatelly there wasn't a small information sheet for the quests about - the channel selection of the tv - would be nice if not the Hungarian channel should have come up... - the phone connection with the reception if I would like to to get an early wake up service, etc. Thank you very much for your brilliant work, and have a nice day to all of you, Katalin Szigethyné T.

We had a great stay at the Ibis Styles Hotel. Able to check in a bit early and the room was just what we needed for our 4 night stay. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and the great staff provided us with milk for tea anytime we asked. The staff were all professional, polite and friendly. We were able to leave luggage for our late flight home to pick up on way to the airport as well. The hotel location is perfect for the city with the great Tram No2 stop a thirty second walk away. Also easy for us getting to and from the airport. We would have no hesitation in staying there next time we are in Budapest. Thanks for making our trip such a great experience.

The hotel had no place to put two suitcases. We had no heat and no phones in the room to call for service. But they did bring us a portable heater and said it would be fixed the next day but it wasn’t. Room was dark and dreary. Budget hotel. No complimentary water in the room.
