What a great stay! The hotel is in a great location. The staff noticed it was my wifes birthday during our stay. A note wishing her a Happy Birthday and a small cake was brought to the room. I have stayed at many hotels and this has never happened. I am truly touched and amazed the staff goes to this level of service. 10 out 10!

Room was very nice. Only complaint is that it was hard for someone from the outside to call in, as the phone was not answered very often. The other issue is that the hot food at the breakfast was not always hot.

Breakfast can be improved. It was the same menu everyday, this becomes boring if one is staying for 3-4 days

I stayed for a week at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and patient! All great from the housekeeping staff, to the front of house staff and hospitality staff. The hotel was immaculately clean. The rooftop terrace with garden and bar is a real asset with wonderful views over the city. The hotel is well located to explore the city.
