Great location overlooking Patong bay and beach. Just a couple of minutes down onto the sand, and a 20 minute stroll into the heart of Patong. Rooms really spacious with a big balcony overlooking the sea. However they are also quite ‘tired’ and dated. For example, no multi-country power sockets and the only USB port next to the bed only worked when the room master switch was on! Wifi however was excellent, and sufficient for multiple devices. The hotel common areas are well maintained. The swimming pools were clean and fresh (although they do shut quite early in the evening). Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly and very welcoming. Food was good. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. Room service club sandwich also good. Dinner one evening in the Pinnacle Sky Bar was probably the best Thai food we had in Thailand, although the restaurant lacked atmosphere. Kids cooking club was a bit lame. Advertised as 3 hours which as a single parent I thought would give me time for a nice relaxing treatment at the hotel spa. Daughter messaged me after 45 minutes to advise that they were finished so I had to skip the spa…missed revenue opportunity for the hotel perhaps? Overall I and my three kids (aged 12, 10 and 10) really enjoyed our six-night stay. It felt like good value for money and I’d consider this hotel if we ever return to Phuket.

It's a kids friendly and Muslim friendly hotel.. my kids loved the in-house kids club with engaging activities.. they even had a kids party every day 3.00pm to 4.00pm at the pool side with kids outdoor activities and there were incentives for winners , the staff being super friendly namely, Tok, Pang, Four, Beat,Bank and Run handled the kids with so much care and adoration that my kids dint want to come back to us and explore other things rather they wanted to stay in the kids club.. not to forget the breakfast buffet has surprisingly alot of halal options including the Thai and English breakfast option.. all in all me and my family had a great time..

We are a family of four. We loved our stay with Novotel. They were very accommodating. The food was excellent. Lots of kids activities. Great location with stunning views. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great resort, highly recommend.

It was great and we liked the stay and the facilities. One point I would like to highlight for you regarding the time check out, your staff was hard when I asked for 10 minutes extra and they said we will charge you. This was unpleasant.

Old, shabby, Needs a revamp. Do not pay for that breakfast Buffett! Horrible.

The rooms are old, dirty, shower is disgustingly old, place just looks worn, we stayed for 14 nights and if I could have got my money back after the first night I would have, the service is not the best, only people I recommend in the whole hotel are the porter boys, the manager all she wanted to do was chase me around the whole time about some money that we owed for room service when I clearly was paying on check out Luke at every other hotel in the world but her doing this made the stay even more sour, do yourself a favour and don’t pay for that horred breakfast buffet it’s terrible. Look do yourself and your pocket a favour and book elsewhere.

I'd like to clarify that it wasn't a room service charge but rather a room charge that should have been settled upon your arrival. Allow me to provide some context: upon check-in, we explained that the amount we pre-authorized needed to be finalized offline to complete the transaction. This seemed to have caused confusion because the amount appeared to have been deducted from your statement of account, though it was not fully processed on our end. Understandably, you were tired from your flight and we allowed you to check in that night. Three days later, I personally contacted you to clarify the pre-authorization process, which I think you understood, and we agreed to wait an additional three days. After six days, I attempted to reach you in your room but was unable to, so I sent a letter. Finally, when we spoke, you mentioned that the amount had been reverted on your account and assured me you would settle the room charge that evening. However, despite our conversation, you did not come to settle the room charge. Two days later, I sent a reminder letter, but unfortunately, you did not inform us that you intended to pay upon check-out. As I explained during our interactions, our policy requires room charges to be settled upon arrival, and we take this matter seriously. I was surprised by the contents of your review and felt it necessary to provide this clarification. We strive to ensure our guests have a pleasant and smooth experience, and your feedback helps us improve our services.
