Excellent hospitality by the Front office team and GM. It brings me with great pleasure to let you know the hospitality and guest experience witnessed by Kath and Judy both have been outstanding as a platinum member of the Accor. I understand it was very hard for both of them to look a possible upgrade for myself, even though I had 6 rooms booked. It was totally due to you the higher occupancy obtained by the ACCI conference candidates. Please ensure they are being rewarded for their outstanding hospitality skills and keeping so calm in a very tensed environment. Most of us will fail during this period, but putting these two under so much pressure they definitely excelled. The hotel was at full occupancy, but both the FOH team members and GM were very calm & composed to accomodate all candidates needs, nut especially being a Platinum member they did their best to accomodate. I understand they failed on this occasion to upgrade us, but still they did their very best to listen and action all of our other needs. Very accomodating GM and a pleasant personality. Even though this was my first stay at their Hotel, have always preferred to stay at the Pullman Karon Beach and Avista Hideaway, but definitely will be revisiting for our next stay. As the view of the hotel is outstanding, service standards are exceptional and customer service is outstanding. @Ceo-Asia pacific- Please this is something you should be sharing with the rest of your team mates and I am sure the team at Novotel Phuket is setting a great benchmark for the organisation and themselves as a whole.

jigsr2015 Friends getaway - 9/8/2024 TripAdvisor review

The resort is on a height and hence has one of the best views in the surrounding area. Close but not so close to Bangla road so that is away from all the buzz. We couldn't use much of the Amenities of the resort so won't comment on that. We didn't have breakfast as such but the coffee was amazing. The rooms had a great view and were quite spacious.

The staff are the best. The breakfast is tasty. We loved it. The location of the hotel is beautiful uits very nice. The ocean view is good. The lift is not available but they have shuttle bus to help us to go the lobby. They fix the elevator in the morning. We have good experience. Kath is nice.

We are old people and its hard for us to walk but needed to have lift. But the provided shuttle bus to the lobby from our building. Good property and good ocean view. When you go out the entrance it's already paying beach. We loved to stay here and we will come back
