I stayed for one night, the service was top-notch, and the staff were extremely helpful and took into account my needs as a blind person. Would definitely recommend! The only suggestion I have is to have marking of some description on the key cards so that a blind person can tell which side of the card is which.

From the moment I enter I feel so welcome. The staff are so lovely. I have mobility issues and they always go out of their way to accommodate me. The room was wonderful. Bed was so comfortable, being a disabled room, the bathroom had a seat and a flexible cord shower head so showering was easy. And the food was delicious. The Ibis is perfectly situated a block from the centre of the city. Brilliant stay which is why I return again and again. Thank you all so much.

The rooms are small ,but comfortable . The staff as always are very helpful . Especially the kitchen staff at breakfast that make our poached eggs every morning , they are wonderful .

Great location, beds had split and sunk in the middle, not very comfortable, no bottled water in hotel on first day, tissues lying on the lift floor, one had blood on it, these were still there the next day.

Great location for hotel, room was clean Downside was we had two single beds joined together to make a king bed, this was not very comfortable as the bed separated and we sunk into the middle gap, we seen two tissues in the lift leaving the hotel one morning, one had blood on it, these tissues were still there on the floor that night on our return and the next day going to breakfast. Breakfast was nice, but the first morning there was no forks which we had to go to reception to ask for more, also no bacon or hash browns left in the warmers. Next morning there was no forks again when we went for breakfast, another guest asked for them. One annoying thing was I couldn’t lift my arms up in the shower as the ceiling was extremely low, I hit my hands and arms a few times when I lifted them. Hotel was well located in the heart of the city and our room was clean, but was overpriced for what we got we felt.

Perth ibis is clean , located in the city and is always good value . Arrived late at night and found it hard to get in - night manager didn’t hear the bell for some reason !

The bed was crap!!

We paid extra for a king bed that was crap and we had the worst nights sleep! Not only were the two single beds not zipped up (so the crack between the beds just got bigger throughout the night) but the springs are broken in one of the beds so it has a big divot in it. I reported this to reception when we checked out and the feedback was taken on board but we were offered no compensation. Paying for the upgrade was an absolute waste of money!

The hotel main areas are not clean reception area unclean. To staff in dining area rude and unorganised. Smoking guests allowed to smoke right at the main doors of hotel ??? Disgusting stop this make them move around the corner ??? Don't accept i. I witnessed the head of reception argue with guests totally rude bad customer service

My last two trips I stayed at the ibis. The last stay was for three nights. The price for the room is very good value, the staff are nice and welcoming, the room are clean and comfortable, But the smell in the walkway was very bad... At the entrance of the hotel was like a homeless shelters dirty cigarettes butt and empty drinks containers. If you want to keep your country customers coming back you need to lift up your game...
