Cet hôtel a impérativement besoin de rénovation. Il est vieux, vétuste et sale. Il n’est pas à la hauteur du niveau Novotel. Les seuls points positif sont le fait qu’il y ait de l’eau chaude et que les draps étaient propres.

Bon séjour au Novotel Bangna.! Chambrés confortables et bien équipées, très bon petit déjeuner et salon de massage / salle de gym. En termes de localisation, l’hôtel est situé à l’extérieur du centre ville. L’aéroport de BKK est à proximité (20 mn en taxi), ce qui est appréciable. En revanche, il faut compter entre 1h et 1h30 pour se rendre au centre de Bangkok, suivant l’endroit. Le Skytrain ligne jaune est à quelques minutes de l’hôtel à pied mais il peut y avoir plusieurs changements de lignes (et billet à racheter à chaque fois). Les centres commerciaux Paradise Park et Seacon square sont proches de l’hôtel (à une station de métro ou 20 mn à pied), ce qui est appréciable.
