We sincerely regret to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations and did not reflect the standards associated with the Novotel brand. Please accept our apologies for the condition of the room and the inconveniences you experienced, including cleanliness issues, outdated furnishings, maintenance concerns, and noise disturbances.
