Une très bonne localisation de l'hôtel à Sukhumvit, à 2 min à pied des grands mall Emporium et Emquartier, ainsi que du BTS Phrom Phong. Check-in impeccable, chaleureux, souriant et très professionnel avec Mademoiselle Wawa au front desk. Très belle chambre avec tout le confort nécessaire et une magnifique vue sur la ville. Je recommande cet hôtel Mercure si vous cherchez à être au coeur de Bangkok ☺️

hotel très bien situé a coté du métro et du BTS et de deux superbes mall chambres très belles très bon petit déjeuner et belle piscine au 29ème

J'ai passé un excellent séjour avec mes 2 enfants : 6 nuits au total dans cet hôtel magnifique. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre avec une vue incroyable sur la ville. L'ensemble du personnel (réception, restaurant, service de chambre, bagagiste,...) est vraiment charmant et très disponible. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Billy pour sa bonne humeur et sa bienveillance. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet établissement.
