We make allowances for hotels' teams coming out of covid era and all the excessive ^^safety^^ stuff to make muppets ^feel safe^, but even so this was way below brand standards A. Zero recognition of my Platinum status at any point in my 3 nite stay. I never ask...not my style...but, zero recognition. B. Checkin slow and messy. Despite a clear proof of prepayment in my ACCOR app, wants to charge me. C. Inadequate & inaccurate info on room service options D. After storing baggage, returning to collect it, took 22 minutes for other staff to find the baggage store guy w key. More poz, all the F&B team, lobby and roof, super nice n good servis. But this property now off our list

Rooftop_Beach En famille - Avis TripAdvisor

We only spent a night here on 18-19th July, Room #1527 on 15th floor with twin bed away from lifts and noisy areas as our request in advance. Front Officers, Security guys and Concierge were incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, attentive and efficient. They all made my day. Everthing in my room worked well except drain in the shower. Like a small flood every single time I was having a shower. Definitely need to be fixed. The other problem was the loudy flush system from somewhere above my room. Pretty noisy and kept me awake every hour whole night. Lucky me I only spent a night here or I would be dead as I had a really bad sleep 😓 Excellent location. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Modern decor. Comfy bed. Nice front garden. Convenient car park. Thumps up to all staff 😉

Overall is good. Great location, convenient store and shopping malls near by the hotel. Room is clean, pool and bar on the top not crowded. Only elevators are so slow and my room key was error 2-3 times during my stay. One shorthair lady at the FO desk made me a bit upset while I ask to change the keycard. No greeting, no smile, no apology and look angry at me. She should work at back of house.

Ibis récent, propre, bien situé conforme aux standards de la catégorie, mauvaise expérience uniquement la veille de partir, chambre non faite à 20 h, discussion à la réception, pouvez faire la chambre, je m’absente quelques heures. Retour à 23h sans que la chambre soit faite. On peut commettre une erreur mais ne pas tenir compte d’une simple demande normale d’un client …. Lorsque vous le signalez au moment de partir, timides excuses sans explications donc très mauvaise sensation.

Per our records , there was do not disturb sign hung on your door during the day. Therefore housekeeping did not provide the service. Consequently, in the evening when you addressed the issue with our reception staff, we assume responsibility and for no service that same night.
