Next door apartment had bad people probably criminals doing deals We did not sleep all night They were shouting arguing banging the furniture all night Worst experience we’ve ever had

Rooms were tired and dirty especially balcony areas. Bed sheets were not fitted properly. Staff were generally helpful. We were challenged twice at breakfast check in that we didn’t have breakfast included. This was easily resolved. The machine coffee at breakfast was poor quality and the barista service was not included which was odd. The room noise was more than expected. We were moved to another room on request and staff were very accommodating. Spa area was showing age - warping and rust - similar to quality of the rooms. Generally below par experience. Staff were helpful but too many new staff ramping up made it far from seamless.

We found our stay very uncomfortable, especially as we were travelling with a baby. Unfortunately, the room was not clean—the bathtub was dirty, the room had not been vacuumed, and the sofa bed was extremely dusty. There was also a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the room. Additionally, we were unable to comfortably use the heater at night for our baby, and the air conditioning appeared to need a filter clean, as it made the smell worse. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
