Greeted professionally when we arrived for check in. Were woken in the night around 1.00am by people in the room next to ours. Person talking loudly and having tv on high volume.

I stayed at this hotel for a three day Conference, the service by the staff was brilliant and the food provided was delicious and catered for my dietary issues (Gluten Free). The three endeavour conference rooms were opened up with three large screens and all technology provided for a great learning experience, the room temperature was perfect. The convenience of staying in the hotel was a welcomed part and my room was clean, had tea and coffee facilities, a small balcony, bath and shower, including an iron board and iron. Plenty of food options including a Coles Supermarket within walking distance. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. The restaurant, pool facilities were being renovated so we're not in use. Cleanliness of hotel was of a high quality.

Well located and lots of fantastic restaurants close by to make up for the lack of restaurants due to the renovations

We were dropping our American fiends off for an early flight the following morning. We choose you hotel for the close proximality to the air port and the restaurants near by. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Been a while since I’ve stayed here, the location was well suited for being close to the airport and some work I had lined up. Having no bar or area to sit and have some drinks over some meetings would have been good. But was told we had to use our drink vouchers for room service. Our room doesn’t have anywhere to sit and have a meeting.

After being scammed out of thousands by a holiday house, Novotel Brighton came to the rescue. Not only when we called at 3am in distress because the original place was uninhabitable, but they kept outdoing themselves the entire time. We were in Sydney from Perth for 4 nights, to visit a very sick family member, and only originally wanting a night to gather our thoughts and find somewhere to stay with our family of 5. After the exceptionally professional way our family were treated from the get go, we decided to spend the entire time with Novotel Brighton. From the second we arrived, to our departure, we were made to feel welcomed, valued, important and appreciated. We spent the first 2 nights in adjoining rooms and when we asked if we could please alter for more space, the reception immediately accommodated the request. The rooms were all extremely clean, comfortable and tended each day. Staff went above and beyond, even placing our Daughters teddy so sweetly. You can’t even imagine her delight! To all the Staff that were involved, Night Managers, Day Managers, Reception and Room Attendants, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of us. For making a really bad experience into one we will never forget. So much so, that as a family, we have all decided that our next trip to Sydney, we will be making only ONE call for accommodation, and that’s to YOU!
