Nice room. Extra bed very hard. Could improve the standard with better cleaning, toiletpaper and soap/shampoo. Breakfast okay except from the coffee and frosen berries.

Good location, just a short walk into the inner Stadt & main attractions. Hotel was pleasant, recently refurbished & the breakfast was good. Room was far too hot & if we turned the “air con” on it blew out hot air, the light switches had a mind of their own & there was no pattern to which switch turned off which lights & the housekeeping staff didn’t replenish the coffee/sugar - although when we asked at reception they happily provided more. Reception staff & breakfast staff were all very friendly.

Got there whenthere were renovations going on, which isn't a big deal. My room was always to be opened by a front desk employee, walking me to my room because, the key cards weren't working. All cables of the appliances - kettle, lamps, TV were all disconnected and I had to push heavy furniture away to plug them in myself... not the kind of work you'd want to do after travelling and need to rest. I had the most uncomfortable and stressful breakfast, when one "boss lady" came in the restaurant and was physically and orally angry at the employees for not setting the dishes and food trays to her liking, or supposed plan. She was VERY rude and yelled at them in fron of guests, that I felt so bad. I lost appetite, but tried to eat anyway. It turned out, the employees were right in the way they placed everything, which was confirmed by other colleagues and maybe pictures from a previous setting. She felt embarassed and turned to me saying, "sorry, the place is new and they're trying to figure out how to set things properly"... which I think was unnecessary and she it's her employees that deserved an appology. Awful the way people get maltreated.
