Well-located but old-fashioned, slightly stained carpet and very noisy heating, had to turn it off at night and therefore quite cold in the morning. Very good breakfast.

I usually stay at your hotel for professional reasons. The staff is very welcoming. The hotel is always quite full. I would criticize the lack of refreshing/refurbishing of the corridors, rooms, etc. Recently, I was able to compare the hotel with other Mercure group hotels in Paris. The one at La Défense really looks old and poorly maintained. Finally, the elevators remain a disaster. I had already raised this issue in a previous survey.

First of all, we are delighted to hear that our team’s hospitality meets your expectations and that you find our location convenient. However, we regret to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not meet the standards you rightfully expect from us. We understand your concerns regarding the need for refurbishment of the corridors, rooms, and other areas of the hotel. While a significant portion of our property has undergone updates in recent years, we recognize that there is still work to be done. Please be assured that we are actively planning further renovations, and your comments reinforce the urgency and importance of these efforts. Regarding the elevators, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. One of our three elevators is indeed out of order, and we are currently awaiting the delivery of a replacement part so it can be repaired as quickly as possible.
