How can this hotel be honestly rated as a 4-star? The decoration in the hallways and in the rooms haven't been renovated in 20+ years. The bedrooms smell of dust and old (probably due to the 20+ yrs carpetry and wallpapers). The furniture is straight out of 1970s Soviet Union. The breakfast was correct but certainly nothing outstanding. Don't expect to see a salad bar. We did talk to the receptionists about our experience there, and obviously they must be receiving a lot of complaints from customers, as even the staff were embarrassed of their hotel. And as a gesture of good faith, they didn't charge us for parking (hence my rating of 3 instead of 2). Hadn't we been driving the whole day to get there, we would've cancelled our reservation and booked another hotel.

Very old hotel, needs renovation, but pleasant and helpful stuff, special thanks to Julia, little bit expensive(19 euro), but with good range breakfast.

Friendly stuff but failed to provide my receipt. Still!!!

Your stuff was very helpful and friendly when I was there, but you failed to provide the receipt for my stay. I submitted 2 tickets (#11… and #11…) but still there are no receipts. I wonder when if ever I will receive my invoice.
