Wifi was down for first three days ...I had to use my DATA purchased from India , Which costs me an additional amount of 120 Euro++ !! Last 6-7 years I have been staying at your Hotel during the month of November to attend MEDICA at Dusseldorf ( Messe - Nord ) . This time , it was an worst experience !

I had a bad experience with the receptionist at the time of arrival at the hotels, the room entry card was not working twice in a row, and she also asked for my personal mobile under the pretext of completing the membership process in your group clients
