The hotel offer corresponds to the price, however, although the rooms are in quite good state the external and common areas are urgently needing renovations. The corridors have a really bad smell.

Horror if you suffer hay fever

Hotel not properly cleaned because of hay fever /pollen. I was not able to sleep because I couldn't breath. I went to the lobby around 3 am and employee did not offer help or assistance at any time. Hotel is just by the farmer's market on Saturdays where they sell lots of flowers. I almost couldn't sleep and I had to leave much earlier than expected because I had such a bad time.

We take cleanliness very seriously, and we will investigate the issues you've raised regarding hay fever and pollen.Since we also have air conditioning and it is therefore not necessary to open the window, in addition, the filters are changed regularly and the systems are maintained. Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your feedback and will take steps to address the situation.
