We arrived at 10pm to be confronted with a queue of perhaps 200 people waiting to check in snaking all the way around the reception and to the side of the bar area. There were initially 3 people checking in guests, though very slowly i might add. After about 30 minutes, two of the individuals disappeared into the back office leaving one person to deal with the *hundreds* of people waiting to check in. We finally got to check in AFTER midnight. When we finally got to our room, it was very basic. We would never go back and would always chose another hotel at CDG. Awful.

More like an Ibis Budget in the rooms with minimal facilities, huge queues and depressing

It was a horrible and depressing experience. The public areas look nice. The restaurants and bars seem good and the location is good. But the reception was clearly understaffed and the queues very long making it impossible to ask the staff anything. The welcome was perfunctory. The room was horrible, small, depressing, claustrophobic and on par with an Ibis Budget. The mattress was like a camp bed and kept sliding off. There was no way to make a hot drink, no where to put stuff, a basic TV, poor ventilation, a depressing and dated bathroom with grunge around tiles, and scuffs on walls.

2025.12 Ibis Hotel, Terminal 3 CDG Paris. Having missed my connecting flight this was emergency accommodation, luckily a room was available at a decent walk-in rate. The rooms are basic, not at all plush but clean and comforting after a really bad day.

Docked them a point for not having decaf options for travelers waiting to hop onto connecting flights.

French obstinate behavior of foisting caffeine on the rest of the world is pathetic. Nobody serves decaf in French Airport too ( Starbucks included.)

False charges at this hotel completely ruined my vacation.

Beware of staying at this hotel where they charged me for rooms I never booked. My stay at this hotel went from 4 stars to 0 stars as soon as I received my credit card statement. This hotel charged me correctly for my two rooms, but then included another false charge for two additional rooms that I never booked. They claim I booked these additional rooms and never showed up. I pointed out to the hotel that they never sent me a confirmation or any evidence at all that two additional rooms were booked but they ignored that logic. I also pointed out that I checked into the hotel and stayed in my two legitimate rooms yet no one at the registration desk ever mentioned there were two additional rooms they thought I booked. How could they think I never showed up while I was staying in their hotel? All my logic has fallen on deaf ears at this Ibis hotel. They are still billing me hundreds of dollars for their mistake in making a false claim. Their customer service is non-existent.
