I had to stay one night close to the Airport because of SNCF striking.... The Ibis Budget was the best option to stay for very little price, 15mn with free shuttle from CDG airport. Fast check-in and clean bedrooms.

My son and I were bumped from our flight from Paris to DC, so last minute hotel was needed. Customer Service on the phone was excellent and so helpful. Got us a room, great price and was ready when we got there. Hotel staff were 100% friendly! Room was just enough for the two of us and it was clean.

The wall is thiny, a can't sleap a loud noisy. The room is very small. Beakfast is good.Next to our room was a big group, who is a very loudly. Location is good, free shuttle bus available from the airport.

Check-in was ok and staff friendly, however it went a bit down hill from there..... The room - I was small but I was expecting that, however I was expecting it to be clean....It should have been better. We had a hair in the sink too to welcome us. In the corridors it also has a strange unpleasant smell. Positive - Good free airport shuttle although very busy!! I would recommend spend a bit more and going for another hotel.

CDG is among the worst designed airport in the world with scattered buildings miles apart people have to ride in bus for many miles from one place to another. To get to ibis from terminal is a challenge

I thought I was getting a hotel room. I was getting a bed and a place to go to the bathroom. The room was tiny. There was no air. I had a difficult time getting there. I called at least five or six times to get information about the shuttle. No one picked up. When I actually got to the motel. The phone was set off the hook. If I would’ve stayed in the room then I would’ve baked like a cake.

We try to offer the best service we can but sometimes it gets complicated to answer the phone and at the same time make the people checking-in. 106 euros is expensive for such a budget hotel. Breakfast is bad, pillows very hard. From the good: clean room near the airport, simple logistics. Inexpensive coffee and tea machines in the lobby. Why, by the way, can’t I write a review shorter than 200 characters?

Dear Guest, you came during an exhibition happening next to the hotel in Parc des Expositions in Villepinte. When that happens prices are more expensive than usual. We try to remain not too expensive and if you compare our hotel is one of the cheapest around CDG airport. That does not prevent us from trying to offer a good service and if you have any other problem when staying in our hotel you can always come down and ask the reception, they will try their best to satisfy your demands. The room is simple but comfortable enough for one night stay in transit at the airport. The shuttle makes it easy. the Air Conditioning not working well, you cannot regulate yourself and it's very hot

One night stay only. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. A little remote but the shuttle from the airport was fine for getting in and out even if it was very busy in the morning! Not much nearby but a good steakhouse in the grounds. Breakfast was good. Decor is getting in need of attention. Wouldn't stay for a long visit but fine if using CDG for a flight.

Room was bare, no soap, one towel, fairly clean. No ventilation without opening window and then it was too noisy. Would not recommend IBIS budget unless you really cant scarp up a few more Euro's. The positive was that they allowed us an early check In for 5 euros extra.

Best things about this hotel are the terrific and cheap Courtepaille Grille a few feet away; the free frequent shuttle (navette) from CDG Terminal 1; the free frequent shuttle to the huge mall w/groceries, restaurants, and great shops; the Roissypole bus station w/a zillion cheap rides to a zillion destinations at CDG again via free shuttle. It’s all so easy and convenient. The hotel is clean & comfy & offers breakfast. I didn’t get to Paris this time so I missed my stay, but I’m looking forward to my next trip. It’s also nice that Ibis Budget is everywhere, in great locations for walking to public transportation and with Courtepailles.

A cheaper option for stays near CDG, hotel has it’s own breakfast room, serving Continental Breakfast at extra cost. This is only one small restaurant on the hotel complex. A free shuttle bus runs from/to CDG TGV Station, also stopping at T2, the bus can be very busy at certain times of the day. The room was clean and quiet. I always stay here as it is less than 1/3 of the price of one at CDG. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel

If you are looking for a stop over hotel for one night then the Ibis budget will tick all the boxes. There are a few restaurants very close by, a huge mall or take away options. The rooms are sufficient and has everything you would need.

The room was extremely hot with no ventilation at all - and the windows would not keep open. Upon arrival a tiny little soap was at sink, which hoever disappeared the enxt day when the room was cleaned. Internet was down on the second day and it took an awful lot of time to return. Teh rest was OK, albeit that next time I shall staya t a regular Ibis

Hotel itself is fine; basic budget airport hotel, with adequate breakfast. Where it comes unstuck is the third-party (presumably) support services such as the shuttle bus from the airport (I waited an hour for a bus from CDG, in spite of the timetable claiming they run every 15 minutes or so) and the awful restaurant (‘Courte Paille’) in the carpark in front of the hotels - the only one in the area. First, I had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. Then I waited over half an hour to place an order...the staff seem to treat customers with genuine contempt and are very rude and arrogant when you try and get their attention/place an order. When my food finally arrived - after about 40 minutes - the grilled chicken breast was dangerously semi-raw/undercooked. I gave up trying to get a server’s attention (they actively ignore customers), so took the plate up to the front desk...the guy there told me it was ‘normal’ for the chicken to be cooked that way and he didn’t understand what I was complaining about! Then I (after three reminders) finally got my dessert (part of the €17.90 ‘set meal’), which was charged €5.90 extra on the bill, when it finally arrived! Cue another argument... So, all in all it took me almost three hours to get a cold, uncooked chicken breast with a huge side dish of attitude. Never again.

Good morning, there were Problems with our Flight, we arrived only the next morning, so we couldnt use our paid Hotel. But we have stayed in this Hotel a few times before, and we were always happy with the service we received. We will be back at CDG Airport early August and we will be booking this Hotel for a few Nights again, maybe we could get the1 Night we missed then compensated?? Kind regards Josef Wolfgang Rampitsch

Disappointed.... the room had minimal amenities, it is a very small room, small single beds, tiny pillow, only one pillow, tiny shower, tiny vanity, no closet, no shower mat, no real room for bags etc....

Took Blue Bus from CDG to hotel late at night, had reservation, friendly reception, made sure i knew bus schedule for airport. Clean, very basic room. Took morning Blue Bus back to CDG at 6:30am. Easy!

This was a prepaid room arranged via the Accor site arranged while in France as our departure plans changed. The room was quiet clean basic small but with functionibg toilet shower and basin. The bed and bunk were comfortable. Climate was comfortable. Breakfast was si.ple but included fresh fruit salad. A toaster was available and the coffee machines offered filter and pressure based coffees. The seating was simple. All the staff were polite and pleasant spoke multiple languages. The checkin process was let down by an IT system. We walked to Aeroville for shopping and dinner. Given the price it is good value but I personally prefer the next couple of pricepoints up. A good inclusion is a bus shuttle or navette to Terminal 2F.
