This was our first time staying at a Novotel Suites and after this experience we look forward to coming back and exploring other properties under this brand as our experience at the Novotel Suites Paris CDG Airport Villepinte was a favorable one. The initial process of finding the shuttle bus at the airport was a complete disaster no thanks to the information desk personnel at Charles De Gaulle Airport. What an incompetent misguiding first impression into France as you step off the plane and look for signage and information to get you to your airport shuttle, with limited signage you immediately think that the person at an airport information desk would be the end all be all to getting you set foot in the right direction quickly and effectively - Wrong! After nearly an hour and change of being sent to a different terminal and different Novotel - we finally found our shuttle bus boarding location only to realize that the Novotel Suites Paris CDG Airport Villepinte bus operates once every HOUR! This was a bit frustrating after having traveled 9 hrs to arrive to paris, 2 hrs to find the shuttle boarding location (btw Terminal 3 at CDG is cold, scary and open to the public so beware!) and then to wait another 50 minutes was a major inconvenience. None the less this review is not about the airport or the deplorable shuttle service, nor the information desk but it is about the hotel, to which the check in process upon arrival was smooth and seamless. The one thing that did irk me was that in spite of booking on a third-party travel site where taxes and fees were paid for - the hotel collected another set of taxes (CITY TAX) upon check in. Shady!! None the less the room was clean and spacious. The bathrooms felt more like an experience on a cruise ship rather than a hotel - but the shower was great and hair dryer was impressive. The true quality of the hotel was exemplified in the gentleman who answered the telephone as we attempted to extend our check out the next morning as one of our family members came down with a medical condition overnight. The gentleman was kind, understanding and able to work with his staff to help find us local options of medical facilities in the area as well as extend our check out which was HUGE as we needed the time to get our loved one to a stable condition. I can't thank the gentleman and his team enough as the extra time was critical in the recovery and the last thing, we needed was a hotel or cleaning crew barking down our backs to check out and turn over the room. One thing I regret is not getting the gentleman's name in all the stress, but I sincerely hope that he is commended for his courtesy and concern. Safe travels!

Our team does its best every day to satisfy you and make you love our brand. Regarding the airport reception service, please note that we regularly hold meetings with those responsible for Charles de Gaulle airport in order to improve reception, orientation and signage, which should improve. thanks to the Olympic Games which are taking place soon! For the shuttle, I would like to point out that our shuttle does not go to terminal T 3 but to terminal 2 (BD) and that the frequency is 40 minutes. You may have taken the shuttle from another hotel, it doesn't matter, the important thing is that you arrived with us and that you enjoyed our establishment. I would like to point out for all travelers that Paris Ile de France has imposed an additional tax of €5 to contribute to the improvement of transport, that this tax is absolutely not at the initiative of the hotels. Well located, good breakfast and sizeable rooms. Some staff re more friendly than others.the breakfast is more than good.The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport at 4 usd per person. From there you can walk to do shopping in the mall located at a walking distance of 15 minutes

Basic. Quite confusing in CDG as there are signs to novotel hotel, which ofcourse is a different hotel. Staff were friendly. No USB ports in room. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. To worsen things, there were mosquitos in the room. Kept me awake most of the night. Glad only stayed a night.

We did not stay at hotel but we had "dinner" at the bar. Clean, good service - except the menus. good choices but a lot items "sold"out while we try to make our choices what to eat. We settled for cold cuts - nicely presented - and cheddar nachos - very normal, nothing to say about these. With beer and 2 glasses of wine the bill came to 46 euros.

Stay elsewhere, not worth the money.

Nice enough room, but there was no way to charge any devices. A modern hotel should have USB ports in the room. It's not expensive, it's as easy as putting a lamp with the ports on the base. We asked about that and were told that they have adapters for the outlets, but of course they were not available, but we could buy one. Just kind of an apathetic attitude from the staff. Also, all but one channel on the TV was in French. I realize that we were in France, but a hotel near the airport is going to be catering to an international clientele.
