I stayed at a hotel to attend the Euronaval event at Parc des Expositions. For business purposes, I needed to receive some mail at the hotel and used the French postal service, Laposte. However, due to communication issues, I was unable to receive the mail in time before my departure. Since I don't speak French, I felt helpless—until Ms. Shainez at the reception desk stepped in. She personally contacted the post office and resolved the issue for me. Despite assisting other guests simultaneously with professionalism, she managed everything seamlessly, leaving a deep impression on me. From now on, my favorite French person is not Zidane, but Shainez. I highly recommend this hotel, with its excellent location and exceptional staff.

It took us a while to find CDG Val in Terminal 2E, but it was only few minutes ride to get the hotel Once we got on CDG Val. The hotel entrance is on the right side of station, we located it easily after got off Terminal 3 stop. It was. Smooth for one night stay !

So cold…The place was freezing. The only warm place was in bed!! The food was mediocre ,especially the dessert. It was basically a load of cream. When I told the waitress that it certainly wasn’t what it was supposed to be she disagreed. The customer is obviously never right now.

We recently spent one night at the Novotel at CDG and had a very good stay. The room is little different to Novotel properties elsewhere. If you know what to expect, you sort of know what you are getting. Fair enough space, fair enough bed comfort and furnishing, its Novotel. What we very much liked about this property is its outstanding location attached to the RER and CDG Val stations at Terminal 3, making it very quick to access to train to/from the city as well as all of the terminals at CDG. We also very much liked the fast check-in done online the day before our arrival. We were then quickly met by awaiting staff and check-in was completed after just a minute or two, we were with key on our way up to the room. Very friendly staff as well, just a nice experience when you are tired from long days of travel. Check-out is simple and fast as well, making use of drop off box as well. Overall, loved the expedite processes and friendliness of the team at Novotel CDG and would gladly use this property again if the need arises before or after flights to CDG in the future.

The Novotel is in a great location, a short walk to the airport train to take you to all of the terminals and parking areas. It is a spacious hotel with a large bar area and dining room. The menu is varied and the dishes we had were tasty. The rooms are standard size but have what a traveler needs. I would definitely stay here again before or after a long flight.
