A fantastic stay in the heart of the city, couldn't get a better location, a few issues with the booking my end were dealt with smoothly by the wonderful team on reception. Room was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Köln, especially over the Christmas period as its right next to the wonderful markets around the cathedral.

I planned a trip to Cologne for my husband's birthday and booked this hotel. The hotel was right in front of the cathedral and Ludwig Museum, so we were able to see the main sights of Cologne on foot. As the hotel is located in the middle of the tourist attractions, I was worried that the noise might disturb my sleep, so I asked for a quiet room since it was my husband's birthday trip. The hotel concierge sent me macaroons and champagne to wish me a happy birthday, which was a great touch for my family. The bed was comfortable and the room was not noisy for the location. I was genuinely happy with my stay at this hotel.
