The room we were upgraded to was excellent, but the rest of the hotel looked just as good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location over the old port is fantastic especially from the balcony of our room.

Excellent location and lovely, helpful staff. A bit sad that the renovation hadn’t referenced traditional 19th century furnishings more.
