Bedbugs! We packed up and we were put in a different room after one night and several bites. We brought the dead bugs and a photo to the front desk. Our compensation was a small bottle of sparkling wine on our last day.

Very nice hotel with super location! Every attraction is within walking distance… well, Schönbrunn is not… ;) If you are brave enough to walk 20 mins (25, if you are handycapped) you can reach almost every “must see” target in Vienna!

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a 6 week multi continent holiday. We wanted somewhere fairly close to the Opera House and the position was very central and easy to navigate from. There wasn’t much of a view, the room was on the smaller side (like a lot of Europe) but the bed was extremely comfortable and the toiletries were all l’occitane. There were some lovely touches including sleep kits, pillow sprays and complimentary hand creams. The staff were great and the buffet breakfast alone is worth staying here for. The best I’ve had. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it.

The hotel is centrally located with most places of interest within 10-15 minute walking distance. I had the pleasure to stay at one of their suites and it was exquisite. Lovely ambience and decor. One of the best breakfast (so much choice) I had.

My daughter and I had an amazing stay here, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay, and could not do enough for us. The room was great, perfect for us. We were delighted with the hotel location, it was near the city centre and had good transport links. The breakfast was amazing, a huge selection of options and high quality. We will definitely stay again.
