Unfortunately sometimes the welcome and experience is really good (friendly host and upgrad), but sometimes it isn't. No friendly welcome, problems when applying the package deal I agreed and the room is not what I expected. No soap, smell, or noisy.

Hotel is modern and well equipped. Metro in walking distance and well located. Nice view over Amsterdam at least from top floors. Very friendly staff. Parking enough at hotel reasonable priced. Rooms are comfy and spacious; TV quality excellent.

Anonymous Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Check-out took more than 20 minutes, I was the only customer at the reception, the room was already paid for, I only needed the invoice, but somehow all the phonecalls and the truck at the gate was all more urgent than me even though happened after my arrival. I was nervous that I miss my plane. I only missed the breakfast (the breakfast is really nice by the way), everyone was polite.
