We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case that we fell short. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused regarding the extra room charge. One of the three rooms was indeed cancelled, but unfortunately the cancellation was not received on our side, which is why the charge was initially applied. From the moment you contacted us, we have been in touch to investigate the situation and find a solution. We’re pleased to confirm that the refund has now been processed. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused and will work with Accor to understand how this miscommunication occurred.
