J'avais réservé 2 chambres à cet hôtel comme d'habitude quand je vais voir un concert au Poppodium car il est bien situé et il est de qualité. Par contre cette fois ci je suis très déçu. En arrivant pour le checkin, la réception me dit qu'il y a trois chambres de réservées. J'ai répondu qu'il s'agissait d'une erreur car je n'avais que deux confirmations sur mon compte Accor. J'ai fait une réclamation et j'ai une réponse que la troisième chambre que je n'avais pas réservé a été facturée. J'ai fait une seconde réclamation mais depuis plus aucune réponse. Je vais donc pousser un peu plus moin la procédure car la moindre des choses et de répondre

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment un point positif, tout comme la piscine. En revanche, il n’y avait pas assez de serviettes pour tout le monde et aucun peignoir pour se rendre à la piscine. De plus, les toilettes du rez-de-chaussée étaient très sales. Nous avons reçu notre chambre à 15h45 au lieu de 15h, sans aucune excuse de la part du personnel. En compensation, on nous a offert deux verres au bar — c’est toujours appréciable, mais lorsque je réserve une chambre pour une heure précise, je m’attends à pouvoir y accéder à temps. Autre point négatif : le réfrigérateur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, alors que nous devions y conserver le lait de notre bébé. En revanche, le personnel avait bien pris en compte nos demandes : un lit bébé avait été installé dans la chambre, et celle-ci disposait bien d’une baignoire comme souhaité.

I was very disappointed with my stay at your hotel, which was supposed to be one of the better ones in Tilburg. The reception desk was understaffed and I had to wait for along time to be assisted by a relatively clueless desk assistant. I was supposedly given a quiet room, only to find out that it was directly opposite a late night bar / dancing. The carpet was dirty, had traces on it. The towels were thin and over-used. The bathroom was less then perfectly clean and even the curtains had traces on them (as did the walls).
