I appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the place, and also the convenienxw od its location. Everything is near perfect except my experience in the sensory space. It was unfortunate. I was there at the reserved time, but was asked to stand and wait needlessly for 10 minutes while the staff discussed spa plans with a customer. It would take her a minute to put me in the sensory space but she didn't. It spoiled the perfection of my stay. The wait was hard since I have a broken foot, and cannot stand much.
