Beyond the location and the breakfast buffet, the room was georgeous with view of Darcy park and plaza as well as the foothills in the distance. Staff were most helpful. Car, which they valet park, was always available at requested time. Location, just across the tram tracks and where both trams intersect was perfect. That plus the most pedestrian friendly city center made everything accessible. We only used the car for sorties out of city. Of 4 different hotels in our 16 day trip, the breakfast buffet was the best by far. Range of options. Service. Etc. And in actual fact, the room was the least expensive of the four

I have stayed 3 times with you. Pre-pandemic, during the pandemic and in August 2021. Love the hotel, the lovely staff, the comfortable beds, central by accessible location etc. But one thing that is v important to me is breakfast. My memory of the pre-pandemic breakfast was that it was fantastic. In the pandemic there was none. Now... it's meh. The room was mess (table in the middle of the restaurant covered with cleaning equipment and plates, the table in the buffet covered with label for the food that wasn't on offer). And the quality and range of ingredients was down. In particular, juices are now cheap/mediocre quality whereas I recall v good fresh juices. Prices overall were much higher, and I recognise that hotels are having to recover from a very hard time. But I actually went out of the hotel to find fresh juice because the quality in the hotel was so poor. I may be a bit 'particular' in this regard, but it's enough to make me choose somewhere else next time.

I stay here each summer on my way to and back from the s of france. Great location, nice rooms after a fairly recent renovation and well layed out garden and dining areas. Because of covid, you park our own car which can be confusing as you are on your own. My last visit, the front area of the hotel was completly full and blocked with no place to stopso I made my way from memory around the building to the parking area which is enclosed and shared. Security seems a little light and as I jsut entered and parked with no identification and the front desk was rather unconcerned. Aside from this an otherwise great stay and a good nights sleep after an excellant dinner in town

My wife and I were extremely stisfied with the staff, the service and qulity of the food.The only problem with our stay was that there was a very big stain on the carpet on the left as you entered room 320.We told the staff and thet agreed it was bad but coud not do anything as the hotel was 100 % occupied. I do not think that any 5 star hotel would normally rent a room with a stained carpet. It spoilt our stay in fact otherwise i would have said 100% satisfied

A very good stay and superb assistance from the Valet team with our luggage. Our only disappointment was that a small accommodation might have been made by the Reception Team to enable us to eat at the hotel….there was space, I checked.

Stayed for one night on a stop over on the way to the Alps. Good central location and the ability to charge our Tesla was what made us choose the hotel. Room was very pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. Would recommend it here.

It seems that La Cloche us not a Hotel but a B&B because this was our second visit when we were told that the dining room was full and were advised to find food outside. Very disappointing.

The hotel is located in the best part of the city. It is probably the best hotel in town. However since i have been staying in the same hotel the part 5 years, i would say that it begins to show some signs of ware off and will need some maintenence works.

Although we only stayed 1 night every part of our stay was just perfect. The dinner was just exquisite, so absolutely delicious. The flooring in the shower was the only issue as it was so slippy.

One night stop in Dijon before a day of work. Everything went fine, easy to park, a very nice building, room despite on street was very quiet. Service for dinner and breakfast was great, serious about covid protective measures while smiling.

We really enjoyed the room. Comfortable and modern, organised with care. Breakfast was pleasant in the garden but the service was average We were surprised to find it a buffet during the current time.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better, whilst its garage was useful as we were on a touring holiday in the car. The hotel is smart and comfortable but rather expensive. The only complaint is about the bathroom which has a strange design - the shower is over the bath which is quite difficult to get into if you are not tall, and does not provide an overhead shower, only hand held. Ultra modern and beautiful but not very functional. There was some difficulty getting sufficient hot water for a shower in the morning, which is not what you expect at this quality and price of hotel.

The hotel was located near from the train station. And we loved attractive small garden in the hotel. But, most of all, the staffs are very kind. I was very touched who remembed my words. Special thank to Mr. Najib who helped my little son who had a cold.

- day reception was terrible, night shift was good Was not the fault of the staff but because they are with to few people so they could not handle the check in of so Many people - also just 1 person for the bags AND to park your car - got an upgrade for my room but that also was below the 5 star Standard!! - price / quality not fit to be a 5 star hotel - the only good thing were the waiters in the bar! They are friendly and good! This is a management issue not a staff one!
