Although my visit was short, I had a pleasant stay at Novotel. I found the room comfortable, the hotel pleasant, and most especially, the staff accommodating.

At the same time, we are sorry to learn about the inconvenience caused by the pinball machine while you were waiting for your room. Review Title: Disappointing Experience Short Message: My experience at Novotel was disappointing and did not meet the standards I expected. No additional water bottle, no glass or spoon provided in the room was provided, and when I requested a charger, it was only available at an extra cost. Additionally, although I booked for three days and checked out after two, there was no provision for refunding the unused night. Overall, the service and policies fell short of what I associate with the Novotel brand.

Was not satisfied and won’t think to stay in for my next visits.

First day the heat and water temperature were cold room 818. The internet was not good. The person who check us in told me that only rooms in the lower level were family rooms when I asked for an upper floor (that was not true). Massimiliano in the evening shift helped us move to another room in the first floor (106). He was very patient listening to our complains and went above our expectations to resolve our situation. We checked out one day early and he processed the refund. Excellent customer service! Thank you Massimiliano!
