We really enjoyed our stay at Novotel and wanted to mention Catherine in particular. Friendly and accommodating and really went above and beyond. A brilliant asset to the hotel and perfect person for first impressions!

A great nights stay, only downside was housekeeping letting themselves into the room without knocking.

Absolutely fab stay, hotel staff were nice, polite and helpful will stay again. Would have preferred a executive twin room as I like the exec rooms. But standard room was nice enough
