Had to wait a while to check in as only one person on reception who was answering a long phone call. Room clean and comfortable. We wanted to use the swimming pool, but initially were told this was not possible as there was a group of children when we first attempted to do so. When we tried again two hours later, we were told no again as there was another group using it for three hours. Why does the hotel advertise the hotel when it is used a lot of the time by private groups so not available to paying guests.
