Stayed for 2 nights and the heating is terrible. It was very hot in room and we are sweating with Baby. Tried to adjust the temperature by setting it to low and still the room is too hot. May be the rooms should need an upgrade with better air conditioner

Vary nice hotel with low priced rooms family room discount comfortable beds and pillows only one problem I noticed this time is the carpets in the rooms could do with a carpet clean that’s why I chose a 8

Very nice hotel nice food nice drinks everything about this hotel is good ID recommend to anybody apart from the parking you have to pay for but its like it everywhere in Southampton though....
