Dear Pamela T., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. We're pleased to hear that you found our location convenient for accessing the shops and cruise terminals it's something many of our guests appreciate. We’re sorry, however, to learn that your stay was impacted by the lack of air conditioning and external noise. As noted on our website, our rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, and we understand this may not suit everyone's preferences, especially during warmer periods. While we do provide fans and the option to open windows, we regret any discomfort caused by outside noise. We also appreciate your comments regarding the restaurant menu and will certainly take your feedback into account Thank you again for your comments.
