Ok if not a little impersonal. Room was a good size but a little tired, especially the carpet. The bed was only half made one day when I returned which resulted in me doing it myself, no apology from staff only an assurance it wouldn't happen again. Had a fabulous breakfast at an alternative hotel which was half the price of Novatel and also Gluten Free. I refuse to pay £18 for a breakfast

Ideal for folks travelling from further afield via Southampton airport, this is a very straightforward hotel to get to. Clean, tidy, and a lovely wee pool and sauna available to guests.
