We needed a one night stay before our cruise from Southampton so the Ibis was a good option. The rooms are small and basic but perfectly clean and comfortable.

Terrible hotel - didn’t get a wink of sleep!

Terrible experience. Plagued by the fire alarm all night, I made a complaint because we didn’t get any sleep and customer service basically just told us where to go. I even raised it at reception where the staff couldn’t have cared less. I will never ever stay at an Accor hotel again. You are better off at the budget hotel across the road. At least there you can actually sleep! Even travelodge is better than this sh^thole. Awful hotel, and even worse service by the management who clearly do not give a s*^t if you get any sleep or not!
