I had a wonderful stay at the ibis in Southampton Central. I, in particular, would like to praise all the staff I encountered during my visit. They were friendly, polite and welcoming. I was there for a convention and they would ask me about my day and complement my outfits, which was a great start and end to my day. They were also very professional and diligent. I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

The hotel was clean and tidy and staff very helpful and pleasant, the problem was 2 very bad night sleep as the mattress was very uncomfortable

I could never get my room warm enough even with heat on and portable heater on 24/7. Staff gave me extra quilt. They were very helpful every time I had a need/question
