Great stay in room 112, ereception personnel superb and same for restaurant personnel , positioning also very good , you ae suepr quick in biarritz centre and if so wished also quick in Bayonne / st jean de luz

Good stay but the rooms need a makeover

The hotel’s interior is very nice, however the rooms, especially the bathrooms seem a little outdated. Great buffet breakfast, the pool is closed for winter time, however it would be nice to have a jacuzzi for SPA

Very disappointed with my dinner - the replacement for the entrecôte (which was no longer available) was disgusting - it was like eating a piece of leather
