The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, the location is excellent, the breakfast very good, the room larger than in some Ibis hotels and tastefully fitted and furnished. We always stay here when travelling to Germany and will definitely return.

its just 5 minutes from main Aachen HBF station to walk - very close , very easy to find . Clean and no frills but also no issues . Its 15 mins walk into centre of town (which was nice place) . Felt safe at hotel and walking into town . No Issues at all we would use again.

Froze my injections inspire of clear instructions to fridge.

Don't trust Reception with medication that needs to be put in a fridge. They put my injections in the freezer rendering them dangerous and useless. 6 weeks supply wrecked. A hotel must be able to support guests with disabilities. Doesn't matter the room was nice.

For 1 night this is an ideal hotel for a very reasonable price. The rooms are neat, friendly staff, possibility to eat something throughout the day. Good food too, rich breakfast. The location is also good, close to the tourist attractions.

this stay was very nice, the hotel is in a very good location in walking distance to the train station and the shopping area. Friendly welcome on check in and help to find our way around in the city Our room was very clean and quiet, no water kettle in the room Parking in the back of hotel limited, £8/night ok, expensive on street parking in front of hotel
