Very small rooms but we didn't mind as we just needed a bed for the night. Hotel is relatively close to the main train station and the walk was approx 15 minutes. We checked in after 10pm and left by 6am. Comfortable beds, friendly desk service.

I am a regular guest of yours; I have been staying with you for years due to business trips. Unfortunately, I must point out that over the past year, the overall quality of the experience of my stays is no more satisfying. The rooms, unfortunately, have always been very small, bordering on unlivable, but breakfast has truly become an embarrassing moment. It is very difficult to find a free and clean table, and the products are of poor quality and limited quantity

My wife and I recently stayed at the Ibis Milano Centro as part of our first anniversary trip. The ibis Milano was our first location and it set an excellent precedent for the remainder of this trip. The staff were very kind and managed to check us in early. Our room was clean and sufficiently spacious for our needs as a couple. Heating and water were both fine with no issues at any time. The hotels location is quite convenient to allow for exploring Milan and the fantastic historical sites as well as for finding some wonderful surrounding restaurants (Napiz near the hotel is a particular favourite). There are metro stations close by, trams, and a short 10 minute walk to central station could not be easier. We travelled from the hotel to Florence, Venice, and Como and each day it was incredibly easy to get to and from the hotel, even after a long day of walking the distance to the hotel from central never felt long. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable, well priced, and well located hotel whilst in Milan.

Hotel is nice, rich breakfast service, and very kind and friendly staff. Just a few improvement points: there's no bidet in the bathroom, sometimes heating not working (is very noisy and not properly functioning).
