On arrival I was met with the smiling face namely Martina, who made my checking very easy and simple. All my interactions with the staff behind the counter and Security in the bistro was nothing but exceptional. Everyone was courteous and polite and answered the questions from a fast speaking Aussie.

I sent an email requesting for separate billing for each day of stay. Email from the hotel replied that I could request during check in. When I check in, they told me it would be given to me when I check out. When I check out, I was told that it would be emailed to me. This pushing around frankly is very bad service. Till today, no said email of separate billing per day was received by me. Worse hotel stay ever

Great location close to the city center. Room did not have a great view, window didn't close well, outside was noisy (ventilation fans).
