Hotel is overpriced, rooms need to be updated, no soundproofing, no fridge, no safe, poor WiFi, rude bar staff and no aircon until the summer (Milan rule) but rooms are boiling. I stay at many all Accor hotels (platinum member) this was the worst by far

The hotel is nicely located near the main station with 15 mins walk. There’s also metro and tram station nearby. The room is ok for size and clean enough. No facial tissue provided. The shower area should be renovated with proper shower box. The room 707 we stayed has water draining problem in the shower. The staff is good.

If you're just going for room and board, then this is your fit But they literally do nothing extra to make you comfortable. Not even a tissue box in the rooms. my dorm room, 15 years ago, was more comfortable than this

A great location, within walking distance of everything but also so close to two metro stations, so really easy to get around. The room was small, 100% expected in a city centre, but plenty of room for sleeping and the beds were so comfy! I would've preferred a second pillow but not an issue. The bathroom could definitely do with more counter space for two females sharing!! But the shower was very roomy! My main issue with the room was no power points by the bed. A socket or USB next to the bed is a must these days, especially when you wake up having no idea what time it is thanks to the amazing blackout blinds!

The hotel is well located and it’s easy to access with public transport and even by walk from city center (there was a strike of public transport during my stay). The room is simple but functional. The staff is friendly.
