Functional hotel but only one staff member at check in and check out led to long waits. First hotel (including other Pullman Hotels) in years to refuse to freeze medical ice blocks on ‘policy grounds’. This is bad policy!

Hello. I booked two rooms at the Pullman Miami Airport Hotel between December 9th and 11th. I have very serious complaints! This is the first time I've experienced such disrespectful treatment as a Diamond-rated guest. Between December 9th and 11th, I upgraded my room to a suite for two days using my points, but I was given room 1506. On January 10th, I also booked another room for my guest, but the reception mistakenly upgraded it to room 1520 for one night. Unfortunately, instead of using my All Group two-night suite upgrade points, I was given a different room for one night. The hotel reception is in a terrible state. No problems were resolved. I had to carry my luggage to my room myself. The receptionist said she was alone and couldn't handle it. I called to check out, but they didn't answer the phone. I had to carry my luggage myself. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen under the Accor group. The management at the Pullman Hotel is unworthy of the Accor group name. Lariza and the others at reception were all very rude. I demand a refund for my one-night suite stay. I won't even accept the one-night suite upgrade for the wrong room!

A mixed bag

Located about 10 mins from airport. They have a free shuttle that runs every 30 mins. I ended up here due to a delayed flight. Got to the hotel around 10pm. Very limited food and drink options available, nothing in hotel and needed up at Chipotle 5 min walk) 10 mins before closing. Hotel lobby is modern and fresh, room is very old fashioned and a bit run down. I’m certain there are better hotels to choose from.

Well located with a convenient shuttle. However, we would have appreciated a better attention at cleaning as we found hair that were not ours in the bathroom, both on the ground and in the shower.

Bed/pillows were comfortable. Bought quesadilla from bar. Excellent. Extra sour cream please. Please allow guests coming from cruise port for a day room to occupy room immediately if earlier than 10am, if room is available without a $35 early charge! This would make you a 10/10.
