Location and shuttle were convenient. My room wasn’t that clean and smelled weird. It was o my for one night and I was too tired to go back down to the front desk to raise my concerns.

the room I was given was nice but sadly bed backed onto elevators and the dinging of the bell kept waking me up most of the night - maybe this should be turned off at night or reduced in volume significantly breakfast was a bit disappointing with no egg station (i dont like boiled or scrambled eggs) staff were pleasant and helpful no porter was also disappointing as i travel with a lot of work equipment

This is our second stay at the Miami Airport Pullman, it’s in a perfect location close to the airport with a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes. We booked a Day Room after our cruise and it was great having access to the pool for the day, which has complimentary towels. Highly recommend.

I found a cockroach in my room.

I would never expect to have a cockroach in my room. Unfortunately it was a bad experience. Definitely I will avoid staying at hotels from the same branch. This could be a major problem for the hotel, I have shared some pictures and videos with the manager.

This does not reflect the standards we strive to maintain, and we deeply regret the impact this had on your stay. Please know that we take this issue very seriously. We have already escalated your concerns to our management and pest control teams to ensure this situation is thoroughly addressed and prevented in the future.
