Good Location but very bad service

Pretty Bad experience this time, a huge drop in service standards than what it used to be previously. Check in experience was pathetic- the lady behaved as if she was doing a massive favour to me by allocating a room. No greetings, No recognition of my ALL status, no mention of services available,,,, In the evening, the entire set of hotel and restaurant staffs (baring the lady who was in the restaurant) was completely glued to the TV screens for almost 2 hours seeing the Cameroon-Burundi soccer match...even the security guards forgot their duties and responsibilities.... And then the Dinner was almost like a scam- I was told 12,000F for buffer dinner with sea food to which I agreed. Then when I asked for more of the main course, I was told that the buffet was only for salads and desserts.... and not for the main course. That's ridiculous... and amounts to a scam

Positive; My stay at ibis was cool and just some few remarks; the hospitality at the reception and restaurant was good (especially the breakfast crew awesome) Negative; Noticed sand on my room floor as I walked bare footed for a couple of days which was not cleaned.

I booked a pickup from the airport and they refused to pick me up with no explanation. Room is not up to standard based on charges
