Fine for a one-night stay. Rooms were clean but a bit crowded and it was very warm at night (no air conditioning). The underground parking was clean, but quite expensive for hotel guests (additional €18 for us). There were food options in the direct neighbourhood (pizza or burgers).

A lot of tourists make noise in the night.....messy lobby. No preparation for check in even you made online check-in.....room clean is terrible. Staff left a lot of hairs on the table...towl....really the worst one from my Accor experience

We have booked early check-in for two rooms 3 months before the stay and got that re-confirmed a week before arrival. No rooms were available when we arrived and we couldn’t prepare for the busy day. Not to mention the lack of willingnes to support at the reception at the day of arrival. Nice and quiet hotel, clean rooms, good wi-fi. Cleaning staff could be better in many aspects.

I noticed that this hotel is behind the state of the art of other similar hotels from Accor group. I had numerous problems with my room access keys being demagnetised. That is 5 years ago I had any similar problems in other hotels. Also the elevator had a very strange behaviour - sometimes went up when I pushed down and the lamp indicating you choose to go to ground floor was broken.
