The hotel looks old and location is horrible. Moreover, there are no airconditioning in the rooms! Or anywhere. Breakfast is only until 9:30. Which in my opinion is insane as a tourist. Staff are braindead and no recognition of Accor loyality.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife for family holiday from 21.7.24 to 22.7.24. We are sr. citizen. We have vast travel experience outside India. The worthless hotel I have ever seen. NO AC. Bathroom and toilet area is so so. Clumsy room with little space. Breakfast condition is another horrible. If you ask anything they will say it is finished. Even no egg boil and it is also finished.. horrible

It is filthy. The bathroom had not been cleaned, the sink, shower walls and bath were covered in layers of dirt, hair and mold. In many places the stains were orange, which indicates that it has not been cleaned for a long time, these are dangerous accumulations of bacteria. There were also dirty spots on the toilet seat as well as urine scale. I went over everything with a cloth myself and my cloth turned orange, black and yellow with 1 wipe over the surfaces. Also there were 3 dead insects just lying on the table in the bedroom and bathroom. We went to the reception because this was so filthy that I really did not want to use the shower etc, after which we were assigned a new (smaller) room and this one was ALSO filthy. There were all the same problems as described earlier. In this bathroom there were dead flies on the sink and after the cleaning lady came on the second day they were still there, together with other stains. So they don't even wipe the surfaces Really really really gross, it ruined my trip. This trip I did not shower because the shower was too dirty, I bought moistened washcloths and used this. Very sad to pay for a hotelroom this filthy. Everyone deserves a hygienic hotelroom. You just feel gross all the time, and that sucks while going on vacation to feel good. Unfortunately booking.com cannot help us because Mercure Hotel Neuperlach Süd is ignoring them on purpose.

How can a 4 star hotel have no air conditioning

I really don’t understand how a 4* mercure brand hotel can have neither air conditioning, not even any proper ventilation system. This is a bad joke. They gave us some damaged fans and that was it, at 30 degrees the room was torture. Opening windows didn’t do much plus every 6:30 am there was very loud delivery downstairs, so forget about sleeping. On saturday evening the bar announced with pride that they have no wine. Breakfast is until 09:30, so at 9 you’re told you have 15 min and you better be fast (food is decent) as they’ll start taking your plate when you’re close to the deadline. Maybe you’ll hold on until 09:30 indeed if you’re German, as they get better treatment. It was also a briliant idea to build part of the breakfast area as a glass greenhouse in a building with no air conditioning, probably they save on keeping the food warm. I use Accor hotels around the globe for almost a decade, this place was just absurd.
