We spent two very uncomfortable days at the hotel. Although the location was excellent, those two days felt like we were in a crime movie. Dozens of police officers were constantly coming into the hotel, which left us feeling anxious and alarmed. It felt as if a dangerous stranger had entered the hotel. We were even afraid to use the elevator, worried that we might encounter that criminal. After all this stress and disturbance, we didn’t hear a single apology from the hotel staff.

The amount of stress and frustration must have been truly devastating for your vacation. Rest assured the comfort and safety of our guests is one of our highest priorities and you are absolutely correct - you have got every right to know when there is an emergency in the place you reside at the moment and I apologize again if our front desk employees haven't informed you about it. We felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived, staff were so helpful offering local recommendations. All services were easily available but not intrusive with the option to decline daily room servicing. Great location in easy walking distance of lots of Vienna’s attractions. Will definitely return.
