The hotel is beautiful, with a small beach, great views and a wonderful pool. The welcome staff is equally polite and friendly. However, the service did not match our expectations: we ordered drinks that took 45min to arrive, we ordered room service with special requests that were not respected, and we were asked by the hotel concierge to take a shared taxi to the airport whose driver then proceeded to ask each of the passengers for 40 euros (120 euros total for 3 people) when the taxi upon arrival had only cost us 35 euros total. Not the best experience at an Accor hotel for us.

Fantastic views and great food

You genuinely cannot beat the views at this hotel - sunset in particular is stunning. We also had a gorgeous view of the Sea from our bedroom. The staff were friendly and spoke great English - the concierges and bartenders in particular were great. We both enjoyed our massages at the hotel (Ingrid did a fantastic job!) and really enjoyed the food (both breakfast and supper). We enjoyed the fact that it was a bit secluded but others may not - Porticcio is close but a bit hairy to walk to. We'd give it 4.5 stars if we could - the only drawback was our room occasionally had an odd smell that we could never track down. Overall we would definitely recommend it and stay here again.
