Booked in advance with more than 1 week , we did the online check in as requested and provided the payment card , and when we got there at 3 in the morning after a long drive from uk to the hotel , our room was given to someone else and we had no other option and no refund for the difference , we are 2 adults and one child . Luckily we arrived with 30 seconds earlier than other couple and we took the last room with 2 single beds (we booked king size room with additional sofa bed ) . The hotel it’s nice looking and all that but the people at the reception don’t check the bookings and give the rooms away to first persons coming .

The room was clean and quiet and it fitted our needs. It was cool enough for us, given the very hot temperature outside. The extra bed was comfortable, even if it was literally directly on the floor. The staff was very nice and the breakfast delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed the pool outside and the surprise kids gift. Not enough towels. Also, the drain in the shower did not work well - room 124. Upon arrival the bar was closed and would have loved to find a beer at the vending machine, not just water and juice. Also, the vending machine did not accept any of my debit or credit cards.
