Great location, very basic rooms but wouldn’t expect anything more for the unbeatable price. Clean room with offer of room cleaning but declined new bed linen as we had only slept here one night so far. The hotel feels so safe, Staying here alone with my daughter so that’s really important for me. Had a slight issue with my shower this morning, however this turned out to be my own fault as I thought there was no hot water but I stupidly had it turned the wrong way. however the housekeeping staff and general staff were so helpful and even dropped us up some hot drinks while we sorted the issue. My daughter was so tired after traveling and fell asleep so we couldn’t go back out for food as it was too late when she woke so we had the pizza they cook here 24hrs which was really nice. Over all the hotel is affordable, clean, safe, central and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

give it a miss . you have been warned

dog in the room barking . gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned. said to our friend there was no rooms available but there was. staff said they couldn't do anything. but clearly they could. totally unhelpful. homeless outside area unsafe. trust me im going for my money back. as dog near the breakfast bar. dirty disgusting place

Stayed here for a concert at the o2 academy with my son. Booked late online and ended up with a room on ground floor for those with extra needs. Very clinical and not in best state, def wouldn’t rush back unless had another concert and would try a different type room. . Was just a place to rest head after concert before travelling home and concert was fab. Breakfast adequate in morning. It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect more

Absolutely nasty, there was bugs in the bathroom and most of the plug sockets were not functioning and the smell from the shower drain was absolutely rancid and I must say I will never stay here again. And as they say in Birmingham "It is absolutely mingin"

I booked 3 nights in octobre and hopefully that Was just for three nights. The heating didn't work and the staff was not helpfull. Someone came in my room to fix the problem but unfortunately the heating didn' t work and I just got cool air for three days and above all the noise of the cars you can hear all through the night... Impossible to sleep properly in that hotel because the room was so cold. It is better to avoid coming here especially in winter. Last but not least, the woman in the reception was not welcoming at all from the start. So disappointed!
