I have booked this hotel because of suttle bus and near the airport !! . i arrived at 4 pm , to slow for check in . Lack of information !!! I ask what time of suttle bus and can book for suttle bus , no one tell me for the time and just said about 24 hours . Then I woke up to get the airport asking about the suttle bus . Some of reception say every 30 minutes !!! Should tell when I check in !!!!

Terrible experience, I’ve been visiting this hotel for over 15years now however last time I went to the hotel in September there was an incorrect details fed in the information field however they didnt cancel the booking nor modify it!! They took 350USD worth no service. The so called Manager rejected providing any solution and as well rejected providing an email or confirmation letter as he was very well aware that he wants to keep the booking active. My travel agency spoke to them and they rejected refunding the amount nor modifying the booking under any extra cost !! All Managers contacted were irresponsible and this is clear theft experience.

I am truly disappointed by the experience at this hotel. The front desk staff showed clear signs of racial discrimination — not only did they allow local guests to cut in line, but when we reported this issue, the room they assigned us was directly next to the housekeeping storage area. Even more shocking, there was a door inside our room that could be opened and led straight into the linen room. This arrangement felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. It left us speechless and greatly affected our stay. I sincerely hope the hotel improves its staff training and treats all guests equally and with basic respect.
