I booked a room with two bedrooms for a short stay between flights (from 11 am to 7 pm) I booked a room with 2 beds since me and my husband wanted to rest before continuing our trip. Since I am an Accor member, I used some of my points to get a better rate and get a discount of 30 dollars. When checking in, the receptionist told me that I had only booked for 1 person and I had to pay 40 more dollars. On the screen behind him, the rates were displayed, showing that the room cost was for one or two persons the same. When I called attention, he said this was old information (on a screen that can be easily changed!) I ended up paying 120 dollars and 2000 points of my Accor account for a room whose price was less according to the rates displayed on the screen. Very dissatisfying!!!

The suite is old and the cleaning was poor, the foundation is dilapidated, and I need to repeat my request if I need anything There are no tools such as toothbrushes or razors except upon request and you need to double confirm with the staff because they not response from first time Also There is no coffee machine

Rude receptionists and Terrible Coordinations

I was on transit in cairo airport. The Egypt air employees gave me a transit voucher to that terrible hotel. It seems that the employees in the transit desk and the hotel never coordinated, so according the hotel employee (I think his name is Amro), they are full and no longer accepting transit passengers, so they just scribbled another hotel name and said I needed to go there. Needless to say they were extremely rude and they could have handled it in a better way. Of course Egypt Air is also to blame. I am never going to use that airline or that hotel.
