The room is spacious and clean, with a sofa bed which was used by my son. The staffs were nice and promptly helped resolve any concerns we had.

Nice and comfortable room, shower area needs some attention. Nice garden and bar area. Breakfast was tasty and good selection. Kids loved the pancake machine. Wish the hotel had more food option throughout the day. We arrived late with kids and really hoped to just order some simple food for dinner but there was only menu of the day. Few simply staples would be handy.

You need to renovate rooms

Good bed but this place really need to be renovated now. Has been coming here for years. Great staff.

Check-in was the biggest disappointment:- Being told fixed menu, and being given one option. When other guests received something totally different. We were informed that steak was the only food item, later someone else was delivered a burger. When paying local tax and for food, I was given my change when paying with cash. And had to ask for it. This is both rude and makes you feel like paying on card for everything. Additional being a silver card holder no free drink was offered... Bar was closed due to lack of staff. But does this really make you feel like staying loyal to a brand?

The decision to have a fixed menu, as well as limiting bar opening times, follows a period of low activity, as well as rules imposed on us in Covid times, and is not an issue of staffing levels. There is a so large parking with fast charger, in addition, there is an ibis budget just beside which has also a large parking. In my opinion, you do not need to worry about the availability. And in the back yard, there is a small swimming pool that you are play with your children. But there is only few chairs... I saw also someone played ping pong and football in the yard.

I am a regular guest at Novotel Antwerp but must say that the condition of the rooms becoming very used.. Especially the bathrooms dont have the standard anymore which I would expect. Last time washbasin drainage was blocked (should be normally recognized by the stuff when they are cleaning the rooms), the door for the shower / bathtube is not moveable anymore and you have to be so careful when leaving the bathtub to not slip out due to the narrow space. No fridge anymore. Funny fact besides...The Hotel is offering a waterboiler and coffee / tea but have only put plastic cups which are melting. Reception is well informed about this situation and told me it shouldn't be like that. Friendly spoken the rooms need a touch up and only reason why I am staying so regular at this hotel is the close distance to the port where I have to work as a surveyor.

The room was not sas in previous visits. Several stains on carpet no cup or glass in washroom

Clean room but reception desk slow and not so kind. You can be firm but this was a limit between not polite and firm without any reason. They have to welcome the guests and not act as police officers

We had a very nice stay. The hotel is close to the bospolder and the city center (a few minutes by car) Very friendly personnel. The room was ok.

Lovely place to stay. We was moving two DAF trucks from Germany to Antwerpen and this hotel is located actually near by the Difrent company. Lovely lady on reception at night and also another one in the morning,very helpful and kind.!

Room is spacious, staff at reception extremely helpful and friendly. There is a Tesla supercharger and quick link to the highway. It was a pity the hotel remained with outdted decor since our last visit in December 2018, the rooms did not change a bit. This time around we could not even use AC because it is centrally controlled, opening the windows meant much more noise and made it quite unpleasant. On top, no hot water for 2 days, which was fixed after being reported, but nevertheless made it unpleasant. Wish things change in terms of deco and refurbishment.

Is not too bad just that i wanted to make payment with my point and the lady at the reception said is not possible, is unfortunate. They said there machine is not working am surprise but for room is ok

The hotel and genaral services were fine as ever, but not all staff were adhering to the covid-19 prevention measures. Some of the staff was not using a face mask when being in contact with visiters, and that during a period with increasing infection rates.

Very good , but breakfast was poor , food was cold , not hot and little choice

The room was too cold, I was told that the heating was via air system which wasn't working well. I ended up using an extra blanket and a portable heater. The carpet in the room was also heavily stained.

The room was dirty and in unacceptable condition!! It was absolutely a no-go for my toddler. From the carpet to the ventilator in the room everything was rotten and completely in bad condition! The room and probably all the rooms/ whole hotel should be renovated immidoately!!!! I have sent an email to the manager of the hotel and also has the photos taken of the room. The money paid should be returned back to me!
