the corridor space, bedroom and bathroom were tired and dated and old - they need to be upgraded

the approach and outside of the building is very ugly and not a good experience i expected more quality from accor and the mercure brand internal the lobby and the breakfast buffet area were good

impossible to sleep due to New Year eve party!

Nobody told us before we arrived at the hotel that the 1st floor was booked for a party. Our bedroom was on the same floor !!!!???? and were not able to sleep at all.

The hotel was a brilliant little find. Excellent location to explore Momartre. The reception staff on arrival were very friendly and let us check into our room early. There was a slight glitch with the room ( very minor) but the reception staff upgraded us to a room on the 9th floor with an amazing view! Rooms were spacious, very clean and perfect for this type of break! Rooms were cleaned every day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would like to thank the friendly staff who made us feel very welcome :-)

Room was very modern, clean and comfortable with all amenities needed. Good breakfast. Quality Price ratio for the room and breakfast was good based on the hotel's city location.
