Fantastic reception staff, Maniame Mehdi was kind, helpful and friendly. Room was perfect for an overnight city stay. Hotel in a good location, with great views of the Eiffel Tower. Looking forward to exploring the city and all it has to offer.

Warm Welcome and Excellent Stay

We loved the hotel. We were warmly greeted by Giovanna and treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The hotel was super close to Sacre Coeur and many good restaurants. The hotel terrace was lovely, and we had excellent service while enjoying our last night in Paris. An added bonus was seeing the Eiffel Tower lit up from the bridge next to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Disappointing Stay

I was disappointed in our stay here. The location was fantastic, which was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel. The other reason we stayed here was because of the photos of the hotel terrace. I typically look for accommodations with outdoor space where we can relax at the end of the day. Unfortunately, even though the terrace was very large, not at street level, and always empty - we were required to purchase a beverage in order to use it. I would think they could leave a portion of the terrace for hotel guest use. I had also paid extra for a view of the Eiffel Tower. Our room was at the end of the hallway. While it was still considered a "privilege" room - we could only see the top of the Eiffel Tower - while other units on the other end of the hall surely had a better view. Last, the shower was horrible. The temperature continuously changed from cold to scalding hot while in use.

Warning to prospective travellers

We just returned from a few weeks in UK and Europe. I don’t like to write negative reviews but I am making an exception. We didn’t enjoy our stay here for several reasons. The bed was rock hard, the pillows barely substantial, towels threadbare, red decor in room was tacky, breakfast inedible. Please don’t ruin your precious holiday in Paris by staying here.

Very nice, modern hotel. excellent location. one block from Place de Clichy subway/metro for a short ride to all museums and river seine. One block from Moulin Rouge. great restaurants for breakfast and dinner within a few blocks. Short walk to Sacre Coeur Basilica, a must see at night after a great dinner.
