Hit and miss - an average experience

We stayed there for 4 nights in 2 rooms - 2 adults and 3 kids. We have chosen this hotel because we stayed in a similar one in London and had great experience, but this hotel was rather disappointing. Overall impression is that most of the staff don't really care about customers - the way they talk to you - it is a blend of rudness, annoyment and indifference. There were only two very warm and most helping people at the reception (I regret not catching their names) - many thanks to them and because of the them I would give 4 and not 3 to this hotel. The breakfast is indeed very chaotic, the variety and quantity is not big (again compare to the hotels of the same chain the breakfast is rather poor) and often the staff doesn't make in time to replenish missing items. We stayed the first night on the side where you can see Eiffel tower and it is very quiet there (6th floor, not facing the main road where the hotel entrance, but the side street), the other nights we moved to connecting rooms on the same 6th floor where you could see Basilique du Sacré-Cœur (the view was great!), but you could hear much more noise from the street at night (this side is facing the main road), so if you are a light sleeper it could be disturbing. The location is good, very convinient for visting Paris. The rooms are fine, great to have water "bar" on the 1st floor. Would we back? To Paris - yes, 100%! This hotel - most likely not.

A return, but short, visit to our 'favourite' Parisian hôtel. With an upgraded room with a great view of the Sacré Coeur, perfect. Breakfasts are always a pleasure here, very plentiful, either hot or cold and always restocked frequently. Ideally located near Place de Clichy and handy for Metro lines 2 & 13 and buses into central Paris and within easy walking distance of Montmartre.

Great location for Moulin Rouge, Montmartre and exploring city of Paris.

Lovely clean, spacious, well equipped (Privilege) room with open plan storage space. Beds were clean and comfortable. Clean spacious bathroom (with bathtub and overhead shower) equipped with lovely handwash, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion from Parisian cosmetic company Nuxe. Opening window (ideal as air-conditioning is seasonal), however there is a lot of street noise from Rue de Caulaincourt as we had a street facing room (You could just see the Basilica de Sacre Coeur if you leaned out of the window!) Ideal location for Moulin Rouge, beware of sex shops on Boulevard de Clichy if you are easily offended. Closest metro station is Clichy, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel or check out the fitness suite. Spacious bar area with outdoor terrace. Spacious lobby - hotel staff really friendly & helpful, despite our French being less than brilliant!

A very poor hotel, the rooms are terrible for 4 star hotel, the breakfast extremily dissapointment and the beds are very bad.

The hotel is located in Montmartre, right around the corner from Moulin Rouge. There was a train station less than a 5 minute walk and a plethora choices of buses. Let’s start from check in, we were excited to arrive after a long day of travel. Staff was super nice and our room was upgraded upon our arrival. The room is spacious enough to include a king bed and a sofa. The bathroom was large. It is a tub and a bit of a climb into the tub. You should note the toilet is located separately, which is convenient when sharing a room. The bed was super comfortable. We also included breakfast and had the chance to go downstairs during our stay. There is a mix of hot and cold options, coffee machines, yogurt machines, juice, crepes and breads. We enjoyed the selection for breakfast. A nice added bonus was the water fountain available to refill your water bottles. You could choose between sparkling and still water and it was nice and cold. Much needed as Paris was quite hot while we were there. We had a great stay and I look forward to returning.
