Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à la décoration cosy et intimiste. La chambre était parfaite (chambre privilège idéalement située au 8ème étage (calme absolu, vue sur la Tour Eiffel, propre, literie très confortable), rien à redire. Mon mari avait stipulé que c'était à l'occasion de mon anniversaire et à notre arrivée, des ballons avec des chocolats et un très gentil mot nous attendait dans la chambre. Merci pour cette délicate attention. Bravo à la superbe équipe, jeune, dynamique, toujours souriante et très enthousiaste qui nous donne l'impression d'être comme chez nous. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. On ne peut que recommander cet hôtel dont l'emplacement permet de rayonner facilement dans Paris. Pour notre part, nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme. Eu me hospedei neste hotel e posso dizer que foi a minha casa em Paris. Desde a primeira hospedagem, quando fiquei apenas uma noite, como também nesse período mais longo (onde fiquei ali por quase duas semanas), fui muito bem recebida e sempre tratada com muito respeito. Eles realmente fizeram eu me sentir em casa, como se estivesse entre amigos. Sobre o hotel: os quartos são recém reformados, charmosos e muito limpos, tudo muito novinho e bem cuidado, e você sempre pode contar com a equipe caso precise de alguma ajuda (seja com o quarto ou mesmo com alguma informação sobre a cidade). O chuveiro do meu quarto era muito bom, assim como a linha dos produtos (NUXE). Alguns quartos têm frigobar, o que pode ser um diferencial a se observar no momento da reserva caso você faça questão ou necessite dele. Eu sou super alérgica, mas os carpetes eram limpos e não tive problemas. Mais um diferencial: muitas vezes as pessoas nãos sabem falar o idioma do país que visitam ou às vezes têm dificuldade em se expressar em outro idioma…, mas que fique registrado que neste hotel todos fizeram o possível para que a comunicação não fosse uma barreira entre nós, algo que é de uma gentileza sem tamanho. Sobre a localização: a estação Pigalle é bem próxima e a partir dela você pode visitar vários lugares a uma curta distância. Gostei também da vizinhança, pois sempre quis ficar hospedada na região de Montmartre (para os fãs de Arte: Van Gogh viveu num apartamento próximo ao hotel) e sempre me senti muito segura ao andar por ali. Sobre a equipe: o pessoal do hotel é maravilhoso e só tenho a agradecer a todos eles que fizerem os meus dias em Paris serem muito especiais. Com toda a certeza ficaria hospedada novamente neste hotel.

I had a comfortable stay in the hotel though the rooms are a bit cramped up but to sleep only is enough also for entertainment Netflix works so you can use your own account and get connected > also when I entered a welcome note was there in the room nice gesture> smooth check in excellent staff ready to help and also when I checked out early morning helped me to put the luggage in the Taxi great > my concern was the breakfast was just average nothing so great > The area where the hotel is for me just about

Perfectly located hotel for access to the Metro and the Sacre Coeur. Recent refurbishment gives this hotel a ‘brand new’ feel. We had two adjacent rooms on the 6th floor and although small they were more than adequate for our 3 day stay. The young staff were all excellent but both Jade & Charles went out of their way to ensure our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. As we have only very limited French the fact that their advice and recommendations were in perfect English helped enormously. We look forward to going back. Mike & Eve Newman
