Bed linen was disgustingly smelly. They need to replace pillows and doonas. We were there for two nights and they didn’t even make the bed, even though they came into the room.

Good Atmosphere, but Impossible to Sleep

The hotel has a charming atmosphere and a pleasant vibe overall. However, my experience was severely impacted by one major issue: the noise from the street made it extremely difficult to sleep. The windows are very old and offer no sound insulation, which is a real problem given the constant street noise, even late at night. The moment I walked into the room and noticed the issue, I asked the staff to change my room. Unfortunately, they didn’t take any action or offer an alternative, which was very disappointing. It's a shame because the hotel has potential, but basic comfort like being able to sleep should be a priority. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they invest in proper windows or soundproofing — and improve how they handle guest concerns.

Comfortable, modern hotel in the 17th district

Recently stayed 2 nights in a twin room facing the inner court yard. Room and bathroom were clean, relatively spacious for Paris standard. The hotel is on a busy road so was glad our room was not street facing. Receptionist we spoke with did not speak much English and spoke to us in French (unfortunately we don't understand French). When asked for restaurant recommendation for Sunday lunch nearby, she gave a few names that are all closed on Sunday. Certainly not an issue but didn't expect that! The hotel had a lovely outdoor garden and a large communal work space indoor. Overall, good stay.

The hotel was more than I expected. I'm a travel agent who traveled with a group of ladies. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were small but modern and clean. The metro was 1 block away. We all enjoyed our stay and I will be returning with future groups.
