We had a fantastic week at The Reef House. The staff catered to our every need and all of the extra activities that the Reef House provided made our week most enjoyable. The facilities - our room, the 2 pools, the restaurant, bar, library etc are all five star amenities and we enjoyed and appreciated everything.

We had the most amazing stay celebrating NYE. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating - Michelle made us feel at home the moment we arrived until we left with no fuss getting a late check out. Loved lazying by the pool - could not fault the butler service and the complimentary sorbet, punch & canapes, cocktail making, morning yoga and more! Amazing views while having breakfast. NYE dinner was wonderful, being only steps away from the beach to view the fireworks. We would go back in a heartbeat!

What a blissful place to stay! We had such a relaxing time, we lost track of time and even days! The pool was perfect, the room was comfortable and luxurious and the staff so friendly. Lovely meals at the restaurant helped to make it easy to never leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back again.

We booked for my sister & I for her 50th birthday. We were met with a friendly welcome & refreshing drink. Inclusions were explained & we were taken to our room where our luggage had been delivered. Very clean & well furnished room with a lovely courtyard where we enjoyed reading & relaxing when not at the pools. Breakfasts were very tasty & loved the juices & hot chocolates which we occasionally took with us to the beach to enjoy with the view after dining. Beds were comfortable & great pillows. Self service Laundry was handy. Yoga, aqua aerobics, stretch & breath & cocktail making were all enjoyable activities. The staff are amazing, very friendly & the best in the business. Butler service for drinks & food by the pool were a highlight along with the afternoon gelato, the punch & canapés. Can do as much or as little as you like. We will definitely be back & highly recommend to others. (Apologies if photos are sideways or upside down).

The rooms although starting to show their age are clean and spacious, our ground floor room was only metres from the main pool. Both pools and the spa pool are very clean and well maintained. The gardens are very well maintained and give you a feel of the rain forest. Dining is a joy, we had a degustation one evening and there were some real wow factors, the wine list is extensive and well priced. Breakfast has a small selection but it is always well made and presented with unlimited toast and coffee, my only gripe is that the fruit on the fruit platter could have been riper especially the pineapple. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and all are obviously well trained and professional. I would recommend the Reef House to anyone who asks.
