Overall very good. My room key kept deactivating and had to be re-enabled every time I returned. Air conditioning was a bit weak. I was woken at 09h00 on Sunday morning by room service. When I complained to reception, I was told it was my fault “ for not using the do not disturb sign on my door”.

very friendly staff, great location, relatively quiet (airplane noise unavailable, as well as neighbors with late arrivals or early departures). Room was great but soap felt and smelled like alcohol and cleanliness could be improved. For the price, very satisfied.

The receptionist was so unwelcoming, may be because we are Indians. I know it is a budget hotel but she can atleast smile and ask how she can help. She gave a room in -1 floor which according tome a basement, again must be because we are Indians. Another guy was telling it is not basement but 1st floor. She said the hotel was full and can not give any other room. i didn’t find even 30 people . The whole floor no one seems to be there. The room is below and next to highway with cars roaring past above us at an elevation. There is no coffee making machine nor a free machine at the reception. The receptionist didn’t inform us anything about how to use free wifi. I saw a code inthe key card which didn’t work. So againI had to walk to reception. It was a terrible experience. Please employ people who has a smile, it is free!!

I was slightly confused of the location but quickly realized it was a couple of tram stops from the train station, easy fix. Otherwise great value for the money. The only negative was not realizing there were little to no food options for dinner nearby. Otherwise highly recommend for a quick stop over for the airport.
